Whether you’re an experienced yogi or just beginning, this program meets you where you are and helps you achieve your goals.

What to Expect:

This is a transformative experience that challenges your limits, improves flexibility and strength, and builds mental focus. Our unique approach focuses on three pillars: Alignment, Mindfulness, and Nutrition.

1. Proper Alignment

Alignment is the foundation of every pose. It activates the right muscles, prevents injuries, and strengthens the mind-body connection. By prioritizing correct form, you’ll build a solid base for progress, improve posture, and boost body confidence.

2. Mindfulness

Mindfulness deepens your practice by increasing body awareness, reducing stress, and preventing injury. Through focused breathing techniques like Ocean Breathing, you’ll learn to stay present and connected throughout each session.

Ocean Breathing Steps:

     • Sit comfortably, spine tall, head stacked over shoulders, knees below hips.

     • Place one hand on your thigh, the other in front of your mouth, palm facing you.

     • Exhale through your mouth as if fogging a mirror. Feel the breath in your hand.

     • Inhale with the same breathy sound. Do 10 cycles (inhale 4 counts, exhale 4 counts).

     • Progress by closing the mouth on inhales/exhales while maintaining the throat sensation.

     • Practice Ujjayi Pranayama (breath with slight constriction in the throat), creating a wave-like rhythm — fluid, even, and continuous. No breath retention.

Stay aware of breath quality. Balance the inhale and exhale. If one is harder, shorten the longer breath. Never push to the point of discomfort.

3. Nutrition

Fueling your body right is essential. Proper nutrition enhances mental clarity, supports digestion, and keeps energy levels steady. Focus on whole foods and eliminate processed items. Tune into your body — avoid foods that cause bloating or discomfort, and nourish yourself in a way that supports your practice and lifestyle.
